30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results provided within the first 30 days of service, you will not be billed and will owe nothing for that initial period.

To qualify, you must notify us in writing of your dissatisfaction within the first 30 days.

Beyond 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, all services rendered will be billed in accordance with the terms of your Service Agreement.

Refunds will not be issued beyond the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if clients fail to provide necessary access, approvals, or materials required to execute services.

Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, domain purchases, or licensing fees) are non-refundable.
